Policies and Procedures

Managing services for people with disabilites and for older people is an awesome responsibility. There are a lot of risks. It's easy to get it wrong, so services become sub-standard.
One of the most effective safeguards is to have practical, working policies that spell out how everything is done, that everyone follows.
The result is a very large number of policies, but that's what it takes.
And these policies are not static, they change with experience and as we try to make them better. Important to making them better is participant feedback.
